By accessing or using WooSentinel (A sister company of QuixDevs Limited), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

WooSentinel is a SaaS platform that connects to WooCommerce stores to provide store monitoring, incident detection, ROI insights, AI summaries, and operational recommendations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions, renewals, and payments are processed by Paddle. Some WooSentinel plans may include pay-as-you-go AI usage billed from a wallet balance or usage-based billing system.

4. AI Usage

AI features may generate recommendations based on available store data. AI outputs are provided for operational assistance only and should not be treated as guaranteed business, financial, or legal advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, disrupt service availability, or use WooSentinel for unlawful purposes.

6. WooCommerce Store Access

You authorize WooSentinel to access connected WooCommerce store data through API credentials you provide. You may disconnect your store at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

8. Limitation of Liability

WooSentinel is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, inaccurate AI output, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WooSentinel means you accept the updated Terms.
